Therapy to support your emotional health and relationships
Therapy can be a helpful resource for those looking for support with their emotional health or relationships. It provides people with an opportunity to meet regularly with a trained professional, who can help them navigate their feelings and any difficulties.

Whether dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma or relational difficulties, therapy offers a safe space to explore your thoughts/feelings and develop more helpful coping strategies. It also allows you to become aware of yourself and your way of relating and makes changes, where felt necessary, to move you towards your goals.
About
TAE Psychology
Welcome to TAE Psychology. TAE Psychology is a therapy practice, situated just off the beaten track of the Crystal Palace triangle, and founded by Dr Annette Eneberi. Dr Eneberi set up TAE Psychology in 2021, following her dissatisfaction with services and desire to better meet the idiosyncratic needs of the complex clients with whom she worked.

Since its inception, TAE Psychology has evolved from a clinical psychology service to one that offers multidisciplinary support. Therefore, people who access care at TAE Psychology have access to a range of interventions which might be helpful to them.

Dr Eneberi's vision for TAE Psychology is that when individuals seek support from TAE Psychology, they can expect to receive evidence-based, specialist and high-quality quality care from personable, non-judgemental and nurturing clinicians, who are committed to work their client's best interests and to maintain their professional code of ethics.
